The renewable energy show can be enjoyed at the New Energy Husum from March 17th to 20th, 2011

Between March 17 and 20, 2011 in Husum, Germany, is held a major exhibition dedicated to renewable energies: the New Energy Husum (www.new-energy.de). This is one of the leading fairs in the field of renewable energy, solar and geothermal heating, bioenergy, small instruments as well as equipment for industrial exploitation, advisory services on energy saving, but also insurance and financial advice.

The New Energy Husum is an event that hosts about 250 exhibitors and over 17 000 visitors, most of which are trade visitors. Germany is a leading country in terms of renewable energy and therefore most of the exhibitors are local, but at least fifty are from other countries.

For the 2011 edition, the spaces for exhibitions and conferences have been expanded. The new conference center has been equipped with the latest technology for communication, function rooms and open air spaces.

Husum is reachable:

  • by plane, getting to the Airport-Schwesing Husum
  • by car, via motorway A7 from Hanover; via the A24 from Berlin
  • by taxi from Central Station
